Legal 

Legal Advisor 

Snohomish County Legal Services offers a monthly – FREE – legal clinic to qualified residents of Snohomish County.    At this clinic, you can meet with an attorney for a NO COST, brief consultation  on such issues as : Housing – eviction, landlord/tenant issues; Family Law – Grand/Parenting plan, divorce, orders of protection, creditor/debtor issues; Wills for Seniors – assisting seniors prepare wills and health care directives (held quarterly).

Lunch & Meal Programs

Community Breakfast 
*First Friday of the Month

A great way to start the morning with friends, and a hearty breakfast of pancakes with strawberry compote, scrambled eggs & ham, sausage gravy and biscuits, with coffee, tea or juice. Cost is $10. We will honor all 2020 and 2021 breakfast coupons at a $5 value. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! This breakfast is open to the community. You do not have to be a member to attend. Daily Lunch Program – Potlatch Bistro Community Café

Open to the general public. Any community member can order off the main menu and pay market rate.  Those 60 and over who live in South Snohomish County or Shoreline can register for the Senior Lunch Program and order from the Senior Lunch Menu.  Our cost per senior meal is $15 and we ask that people donate what they feel is appropriate for them.  For some that may be $5 for others it can be less, or it may be the full cost of the meal. For those seniors who don’t want to participate in the Senior Lunch, they are always welcome to order off the main menu.

Transportation Services

Community Transit 
An adult ORCA card (person under 65) can be purchased at the ferry, train station, or transit  hub but in order for a Senior or a person with a disability to get a Reduced Fare Permit card to ride 1/2 price, they should go in person to either the Lynnwood Transit Center customer service store or the Everett Transit customer service office, as they need to show ID to verify that they are 65+.
