Staying healthy means keeping both your mind and your body active. The senior center has a variety of programs and fun activities to help you stay fit.

Reinvigorate your life and try new things. Engaging in new experiences is good for the mind and the body. You’ll start the day with energy and excitement, learn something new. Imagine all the new friends you’ll meet along your new journey. Our trips include educational tours, museums, plays and musicals, sporting events, symphony, local festivals or just plain fun explorations. Some examples include: Casino Trips, Science, Art, Theater, Holiday Sight Seeing, Hiking and Nature.

Our members enjoy a wide range of activities and fun filled hours, some examples of activities include: Dance, Live Music, Art, Theater, and Holiday Sight Seeing. Find something that entertains you. There’s lots more listed in our newsletter.
Music and dance activities are plentiful. New members are welcome join. Our groups include: Sound Singers Choir, Senior Swingers Orchestra, Ukulele, Friday Dance, Line Dancing.
There’s always something fun happening at the Senior Center. Bingo, Bridge, Cribbage, Pinochle, Pool Tables, Ping Pong. Ask about our intergenerational events where students and seniors come together for a fun night of Trivia.

You can sign up for classes in the administrative office. Download our Newsletter (click the “News & Events” link along the top of this page) to find out details and registration information. Join us for an enriching experience or offer to teach a class. Some examples include: Genealogy, Painting, Driftwood Sculpture, Quilters.
Exercise classes at the center are very popular. Join for a wide selection including: *Enhanced Fitness, *Soft Exercise, Parkinson’s Movement and Dance, Tai Chi, Meditation.
