Our room rates are shown by room below. These rates do not include cleaning fees, building-monitor fees, and security deposits.
A separate contract with Shooby Doo Catering for full-service catering is required
for all Banquet Room rentals and all rentals for more than 50 people.

The grass area fits 60 chairs; additional standing space surrounds the circle. However, at no time may any part of the sidewalk or other public areas surrounding the Wedding Circle be blocked by tables, chairs, cordons, equipment, etc.

$35/hour

This room rental charge can be waived for nonprofit/community-group meetings once per month for up to 3 hours. Other fees still apply.

A $30/hour Building Monitor fee is charged for all groups meeting Monday–Friday after 4PM and any time Saturday and Sunday.

There is a $75 cleaning fee any time you have food in the room.

Community Room A has (6) rectangular tables and (14) chairs with casters; additional chairs can be added up to (25) max. There is a video monitor available for replicating your laptop (Macs may not be compatible).
