How To Make A Matching Gift

Simply contact your company’s Human Resources Department for a matching gift form. (Your spouse’s employer may also match your gift.) Complete the form and mail it with your donation to Edmonds Senior Center.

Honor and Memory Gifts

Honor friends, family or colleagues and impact the lives of seniors in your community with a tribute gift to Edmonds Senior Center. Consult your financial advisor to find out if your gift may be tax-deductible. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

In Lieu of Flowers

If you are looking for information to include in an obituary regarding memorial gifts, you can refer to the following language: In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Edmonds Senior Center in memory of (name of loved one). Please have checks made payable to Edmonds Senior Center and mail to:

Your gift of appreciated stock that has been held for more than one year will benefit the Edmonds Senior Center and may save you capital gains taxes and provide a variety of other tax benefits. Planned Giving-Bequests

You can make a lasting statement and support the work of Edmonds Senior Center through planned giving of your estate. Bequests, trust agreements, life insurance and other conveyance tools are ways of supporting seniors in our community. Work with your legal and financial advisors to determine your best planned giving options. Please make Edmonds Senior Center aware of your plans so we may thank you and ensure your intentions are carried out according to your wishes.

Vehicle Donations

By donating your vehicle to the Edmonds Senior , you avoid all the hassles of selling your vehicle yourself, and your gift is tax-deductible – up to $500, based on the vehicle’s blue book value. Or, if your vehicle is worth more than $500 – up to the amount of its sale price at auction.

In-Kind Gifts

Volunteer Your Time and Skills

Teach a class on your favorite subject, host a trip, lead a band, the opportunities are endless. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities of all sizes at Edmonds Senior Center.

Donate To Our Thrift Store

Give your unwanted clothing or household items to our Thrift Store. 100% of the profits go to the Senior Center. This tax deductible contribution will not only support your community but de-clutter your home as well. Recycling at its very best!
